Wendy A. Strassner, Esq.,
Founder and President

Wendy Strassner graduated from the University of Virginia with high distinction earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1986.  Her interests in counseling, problem-solving and equal justice led her to the University of Georgia School of Law where she served on Law Review and graduated cum laude in 1989. 

Following law school, Wendy joined Long Aldridge & Norman (now Dentons) as a commercial real estate associate.  While Wendy enjoyed the intellectual challenge of handling complex commercial matters with a large firm, she was not passionate about the substance of her work. She wanted to apply her counseling and problem-solving skills in a more personally fulfilling way. 

Realizing that legal recruiting was the perfect forum in which to meld her legal and counseling expertise, Wendy left the practice of law in 1994 and joined a large legal recruiting firm. 

In 1999, Wendy struck out on her own to form Strassner Search Consultants.  She specializes in filling General Counsel and other corporate counsel positions. 

Wendy thoroughly enjoys consulting with and advising her clients on the best way to meet their legal recruiting needs.  Finding the candidate who serves as a perfect complement to her client's legal department, while simultaneously helping the candidate find his or her ideal job, affords Wendy tremendous professional satisfaction.

Wendy is a former member of the Board of Directors of ServeHAITI, a non-profit providing healthcare and a better quality of life for the people living in a remote region of Haiti known as Grand-Bois.  She has also been actively involved in her church, with Habitat for Humanity, and in various community organizations.
